This command can only be used with automatic sharding.
RESUME option is used to restart stalled move process. SUSPEND is used to postpone chunk migration operation, and CANCEL cancels chunk migration.
CHUNK and SHARD is used to filter the list of scheduled migration. Use CONFIG CHUNKS command to retrieve the list of scheduled migration tasks.
