Gradual password rollover is not supported for application users with administrative privilege.
Cause
An attempt is being made to grant an administrative privilege to an application user that is associated with a password profile having a non-zero value for the PASSWORD_ROLLOVER_TIME profile limit. The gradual password rollover feature is not supported for application users with administrative privilege.
Action
Ensure that the application user being granted the administrative privilege is not associated with a password profile having a non-zero PASSWORD_ROLLOVER_TIME limit, and retry the operation.
