Smart I/O failed because the disk "disk_name" on the cell "cell_name" is not open with error code: "error_code", "error_string".
- disk_name: The address of the disk.
- cell_name: The address of the cell.
- error_code: The error code number.
- error_string: An explanation of the error code number.
Cause
The specified disk on the specified cell cannot be opened.
Action
Ensure that the network and the cell are available. If the network and the cell are available, report the problem to Oracle Support with the process trace file and alert log.
