lateral view with old style outer join (+) cannot participate in an ANSI full outer join
Cause
When a query block used a lateral view syntax with old style outer join (+), the lateral view could not participate in another ANSI full outer join.
Action
Use ANSI style instead of lateral view for specifying outer joins.
