Cause

Installation of the Oracle Key Vault (OKV) client software is failing due to the reason mentioned in the error message.


Action

Look for the cause of the error in the log files located in the '/etc/OKV/OKVServerConfigName/log' directory. If the cause of the failure can be identified, fix the issue and retry the operation. If the cause cannot be located or the retry fails, contact Oracle Support.
