Cause
Operation on an Oracle Key Vault (OKV) object failed due to the reason mentioned in the error message.
Action
Verify whether the client autologin wallet is present under the '/etc/OKV/OKVServerConfigName/client_wallet' directory. If it is present, verify whether the Oracle Key Vault (OKV) server is reachable. If the client autologin wallet is present and the OKV server is reachable, but issue persists, then contact Oracle Support.
