Failed to copy wallet "{0}" in the Oracle Key Vault
Cause
Copy operation could not be completed because the wallet does not exist in the Oracle Key Vault.
Action
Connect to the Oracle Key Vault (OKV) server and ensure that the wallet exists. Also, ensure the user has the necessary permissions to access it.
