Cannot update the repository because Oracle Clusterware is down. Some files need to be stored on an Oracle ACFS.
Cause
Database and Grid clones were stored on an Oracle Automatic Storage Management Cluster File System (Oracle ACFS). Oracle Clusterware was down and this file system was inaccessible.
Action
Start Oracle Clusterware and then retry the operation.
