Action
Run $GI_HOME/srvm/admin/rhphelper $GI_HOME VERSION -setDrainAttributes ENABLE=true DRAIN_TIMEOUT=<# of seconds> MAX_DRAIN_TIMEOUT=<# of seconds> as root.
