The Oracle Grid Interprocess Communication (GIPC) high availability 'worker thread' is not scheduled correctly on 'string' process.
Cause
The reason for this issue was one of the following:
- The system was heavily loaded.
- The operating system scheduler had issues.
Action
Reduce the load on the system or add a new node to the existing cluster.
