Crash dump from CSS was not enabled.
Cause
Crash dump from Cluster Synchronization Services (CSS) could not be enabled because Linux kdump service was not active.
Action
Configure and enable the Linux kdump service to collect the crash dump information. See My Oracle Support note 2049919.1.
