Command 'crsctl add css votedisk' command is invalid.
Cause
An attempt to add a voting file using 'crsctl add css votedisk' was rejected because voting files are only supported on ASM disk group. Changes in configuration can be made only with 'crsctl replace votedisk'.
Action
Use 'crsctl replace votedisk' to add the voting files.
