CRS-02414
The Cluster Time Synchronization Service is unable to perform step time synchronization due to high network latency with the reference node. The local time is significantly different from the mean cluster time. The Cluster Time Synchronization Service is aborting.
Cause
The Cluster Time Synchronization Service experienced high network latency. The local time was significantly different from the mean cluster time; therefore, the Cluster Time Synchronization Service is aborting.
Action
Shut down the Oracle Clusterware on the local node. Determine the root cause of high network latency. Perform appropriate repair if necessary, then restart the Oracle Clusterware on the local node.
