The Cluster Time Synchronization Service is unable to perform step time synchronization due to high network latency with the reference node. The local time is not significantly different from the mean cluster time. The Cluster Time Synchronization Service is entering slew time synchronization mode.
Cause
The Cluster Time Synchronization Service experienced high network latency. The local time was not significantly different from the mean cluster time; therefore, the Cluster Time Synchronization Service will maintain the system time with slew time synchronization.
Action
Determine the root cause of high network latency, and perform appropriate repair if necessary.
