Cause
The local node has detected that the indicated node is still active, but not able to communicate with this node, so is forcibly removing the indicated node from the cluster.
Action
Collect the Cluster Synchronization Service (CSS) daemon logs from all nodes and any CSS daemon core files and contact Oracle Support.
