Cause
Oracle Cluster Registry backup location did not exists, wasn't mounted correctly, or did not have the required permissions.
Action
Ensure that the backup location exists, that it is mounted correctly and visible to all nodes in the cluster, and that its permissions are correct. Check the ASM entries in the alert log file for more details.
