Cause
The requested 'snap remaster' failed to run because the on-disk information indicated that another 'snap remaster' was in progress.
Action
Make sure 'snap remaster' is not being run on another node or by another user. If 'snap remaster' was started and then aborted, use fsck with the -a switch to restore the file system to a good starting point.
