Cause
An attempt to run online fsck for an ACFS file system failed because a network communication error was encountered between the nodes that have the ACFS file system mounted.
Action
Examine the alert logs and Oracle Kernel Services (OKS) persistent logs on all nodes for network and membership errors and correct any errors. Then retry the online fsck operation after verifying that network connectivity exists between all nodes that have the ACFS file system mounted and that the ACFS file system is online on all of those nodes.
