A switchover operation is not possible because status at the primary site 'string' cannot be determined.
Cause
An attempt to perform a replication switchover was rejected. The primary site or the primary storage location (Oracle ACFS file system or snapshot) cannot be accessed.
Action
If the situation with the primary site or storage location can be resolved, you may re-try the switchover command. If the status of the primary site or storage location cannot be corrected, you may run the 'acfsutil repl failover' command to force the standby to transition to a primary.
