Cause
An 'advmutil transport create' command was rejected because the indicated host name or network address specified on the command line was in use in the network and was therefore not generally available for the transport.
Action
Retry the 'advmutil transport create', specifying a host name or network address that is DNS resolvable but not in use. Alternatively, use the 'force' option on the command line to allow the re-use of the specified host name or network address.
