All mirrors contain invalid ACFS metadata at string offset string length string bytes.
Cause
fsck detected inconsistent mirrors in the specified volume for the ACFS file system. No good copy of metadata was found on any mirror.
Action
If the message was generated by fsck with the -a switch, then no further action is needed. fsck will resolve the problem. If the message was generated by fsck without the -a switch, then run fsck with the -a switch to resolve the problem. Mirror inconsistency points to problems in the storage stack below ACFS.
