Cause
The _Length property for an entry in the indicated Map_File was incorrect. The entry was for a Volume_Disk_Header structure, but its _Length value did not match the size of a Volume_Disk_Header structure.
Action
If fsck with the -a switch is currently running, then no further action is needed. fsck will resolve the problem. If fsck is running without the -a switch, then run fsck with the -a switch to resolve the problem.
