Relay Metrics
Lists the Relay metrics and provides a brief description of each.

| Target Name | The name of the Oracle Enterprise Manager target. |
| Log Bytes Written Rolled Up (bytes/min) | The total volume of bytes written to the relay logs across all instances. |
| Log File I/O Latency Rolled Up (ms/min) | The total time spent in milliseconds on I/O operations for relay logs across all instances. |
