Quarantine manager support is enabled for rebalance and high throughput writes in cell-to-cell offload operations. If Oracle Exadata System Software detects a crash during these operations, the offending operation is quarantined, and an less optimized path is used to continue the operation.

The quarantine types for the new quarantines are ASM_OFFLOAD_REBALANCE and HIGH_THROUGHPUT_WRITE.
