2.10.2.2 XML Parser Support for ICU

The International Components for Unicode (ICU) 70.1 library, a C/C++ library that supports over 200 different coded character sets (encoding forms) on a wide variety of platforms, is included with the Oracle Tuxedo distribution. The Xerces-C++ 3.2.3 parser is built with the ICU 70.1 library.
