I/O PCB
- Pointer to the PCB that represents the destination of the outgoing message destination name is a string that represents the name of another transaction (service).

AIB
- Specifies the application interface block (AIB) that is used
for the call. This parameter is an input and output parameter. The
following fields must be initialized in the AIB:

Eyecatcher. - This 8-byte field must contain
