Get Transactional Event Queue Topic Partition Offsets

/ords/_/db-api/stable/database/txeventq/topics/{topic_name}/partitions/{partition_id}/offsets

Get the first and last offset in the specified partition. A client requires SQL Developer role to invoke this service. Database User requires EXECUTE privilege on DBMS_AQADM and OWA_UTIL packages.
