compat-openssl11-1.1.1 package missing error during Oracle Database Client installation on Oracle Linux 10.

Workaround:

In the Perform Prerequisite Checks screen, for the compat-openssl11-1.1.1 missing check, select Ignore All, and select Install to continue with the installation.
