Using the DBMS_TELEMETRY_WORKSPACE package, the Oracle DBA can create and manage workspaces. Additionally, the Oracle DBA can use DBMS_TELEMETRY_WORKSPACE to enable or disable an existing database user as an administrator of a workspace.
