USER_IMMUTABLE_TABLE_COLUMNS displays information about columns valid in each epoch in the immutable tables owned by the current user. Its columns (except for SCHEMA_NAME) are the same as those in ALL_IMMUTABLE_TABLE_COLUMNS.
