The server_alerts.png shows the Configure Alerts page in a multi-master clusters environment. It is a table with five columns: Alert Type, Enabled, Scope, Limit, Description, and Severity. At the top right is a Alert and Save button. The components listed under Alert Type are, from top to bottom:
