The Procedure Designer dialog box has entry and selection fields for Schema name, Procedure name, and authentication identifier, showing in order: HR, PROCEDURE1, and DEFINER.

There is a parameters areas with a empty entry field, with heading Name and Data Type. To the right of this are up and down arrow buttons, and after it, are Add and Remove buttons.

There is a Parameter details section with fields to enter or select Name, Direction, Data type, and Default. These are all blank and grayed out.

At the end are Preview SQL, OK, Cancel, and Help buttons.
