This screenshot shows the Configuration selection as All Configurations. There is a check box to Use the following settings for compiling PL/SQL database objects, and lists these possibilities under Compile as Interpreted, Conditional flags, no value, NLS length semantics: Char, Optimization level, no value, PLSCOPE settings: Do not include Any Identifier. Then includes possible warnings: All: value Disable, Informational: Disable, and Others: no value.
