59.100 PUBLIC_CHECK_AUTHORIZATION Function (Deprecated)

Use the IS_AUTHORIZED Function instead of this deprecated function.
Given the name of a authorization scheme, this function determines if the current user passes the security check.
Syntax
APEX_UTIL.PUBLIC_CHECK_AUTHORIZATION (
p_security_scheme IN VARCHAR2 )
RETURN BOOLEAN;

The name of the authorization scheme that determines if the user passes the security check. |
Example
The following example shows how to use the PUBLIC_CHECK_AUTHORIZATION
function to check if the current user passes the check defined in the my_auth_scheme
authorization scheme.
