New Action Menus for Improved Usability When Working with Dashboard 2.0 Dashboards

You can now use action menus when creating or using dashboards. The new menus provide the ability to quickly create new forms and open the Job console. These menus are conveniently accessible based on user roles and permissions, ensuring a secure and streamlined user experience.

• Create Form is available only for Administrator and Interactive Users.
• Open Jobs is visible to all. After the Jobs page is opened in a tab, the user sees the jobs to which they have access. 

Applies to: Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, Close Management and Consolidation, FreeForm, Tax Reporting 

Business Benefit: Direct access to commonly used actions reduces navigation time and streamlines day-to-day tasks for both designers and end-users.
