Program assignment depends on valid, activated student users, program instance setup, academic period setup, and applicable assignment attributes such as assignment status, format, academic level, and tags.

Access requirements

Use or define equivalent duty roles when granting users access to this feature:

• Student Program Assignment Coordinator
  • Can create/assign student program assignments.
  • Can update assigned program details, including save, cancel, remove, manage comments, and access audit action when the required audit access is available.
• Assigned Program Viewer
  • Has view-only access to assigned program details.
  • Can view comments and access audit action when the required audit access is available.
• Audit History Viewer
  • Can view audit history if also assigned the assigned program viewer or student program assignment coordinator duty roles.
