Default Sorting by Name in Absence Planning

The person search in Absence Planning page now uses clearer, more consistent name labels, and sorting is based on name rather than only absence status.

With this enhancement, managers can:

• Search by name using the updated search hint.
• View Name instead of Employee in the results table.
• Find the Name column first, before Status and other absence details.
• See results sorted first by Name and then by Status when the page opens.
