Send Attachments in Oracle Communicate

Easily attach files when creating an email communication as part of a campaign in Oracle Communicate. Send employees documents to support a communication campaign. For example, add a pdf document containing a how to guide for a new process. Supported file types:

You need to enable the ORA_HCO_ATTACHMENTS_ENABLED profile option to use this feature.

Tips and considerations

The max file size you can attach to an email campaign is 15 MB. You can change this using the ORA_HCO_EMAIL_MAX_SIZE profile option. You can also change the supported file types using the ORA_HCO_ATTACH_FILE_TYPES profile option.
