One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Last Updated By Not Displayed in Reference Info Section on Redwood Document Records Page

The Last updated by field is no longer shown for attachments added in the Reference Info section on Redwood Document Records pages, resulting in a cleaner and more streamlined user experience.

Previously, the Last updated by field displayed the details of the HR or Admin user who uploaded attachments in the Reference Info section. This was identified as a potential data privacy risk. The displayed details led to employees directly contacting specific HR team members for follow-ups, bypassing established HR support channels, and impacting process governance. To address these concerns, the Last updated by field has been removed from the Redwood UI for attachments within the Reference Info section only.

There is no change to the standard Attachments region, which will continue to display the details of the user who uploaded the attachment.
