Support for Establishing Revaluation Scope Solely Referring Basis Ledger

The service will now support scope of revaluation to solely be referring basis ledger, in line with Financials Cloud, covering edge scenarios where ledger being revalued and basis have discrepancies in code combinations present. 

Revaluation outcome in AFCS ML will match that in Financials Cloud GL even when there are discrepancies in code combinations present in participating ledgers.
