Grayscale Mode

To facilitate ease of viewing, you can switch the Grayscale Mode on in Workforce Management (WFM). This setting changes the display to use high-contrast colors of black, gray, and white.

To switch Grayscale Mode on or off:

  1. Go to Workforce Management.

  2. From the upper right corner of the page, click the user icon.

  3. From the panel, click the Grayscale Mode switch to turn it on or off.
