Grayscale Mode

To facilitate ease of viewing, you can switch the Grayscale Mode on in Workforce Management (WFM). This setting changes the display to use high-contrast colors of black, gray, and white.

To switch the setting on, go to Workforce Management. From the upper right corner, click the user icon. Click the Grayscale Mode switch to turn it on or off.
