Creating a Search for Customers with No Recent Activity
To get a list of customers who have not made any purchases for a specified period of time, create a saved search for customers with no recent activity. You can use this search to identify customers you may want to contact.

To create a search for customers with no recent activity:
- 
              Go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New and click Customer.

              Enter a title for the saved search. 
- 
              On the Criteria subtab, click Summary. - 
                  In the Summary Type field, select Maximum. 
- 
                  In the Field column, select Activity Fields.... 
- 
                  In the popup, select Date. 
- 
                  Select not after, and then (Relative). On the next line, enter 1 and select months ago. 
- 
                  Click Set. This filter limits results to customers with no activity in the past month. You can enter a different relative time period to search for customers with no activity for a different period of time.

              On the Results subtab, click Columns. - 
                  Select Name from the list. In the Summary Type field, select Group.

                  Click OK. 
- 
                  Add a new column and select Activity fields.... 
- 
                  In the popup, select Date. 
- 
                  In the Summary Type column, select Maximum. 
- 
                  Click Add.

              Save the search.
