Managing Undeposited Cash Sales
When you receive cash or check payments, your bank account won't be credited until you deposit them.
To enter a cash sale and place it in Undeposited Funds:

Go to Opportunities > Transactions > Cash Sales.

On the Cash Sale page, select a customer and enter the transaction information.

Select Undep. Funds.

Click Save.
Later, when you go to Transactions > Bank > Make Deposits (Administrator), you'll see this sale on the Payments subtab, ready to be deposited.
If you're paid by credit card and your bank account is automatically credited, you'll place the funds into a bank account.
To enter a cash sale and place it in a bank account:

Go to Opportunities > Transactions > Cash Sales.

On the Cash Sale page, select a customer and enter the transaction information.

In the Account field, select a bank account from the list.

Click Save.
When you view previous cash sales, you'll see if they're marked Deposited or Not Deposited at the top of the page. To view a cash sale, go to Opportunities > Transactions > Cash Sales and click View next to the one you want to see.
