How can I apply for the other US subsidiaries?

In your NetSuite One World Account Go to SuiteBanking > HSBC Application > Apply > New Application, you can choose the subsidiary to apply for HSBC Online Account. For more information, see Applying for an HSBC Online Account.

How do I see the accounts for the other subsidiaries or switch between subsidiaries?

To access a subsidiary account or switch between subsidiaries accounts, go to SuiteBanking > Payment Automation > Dashboard. You can change the subsidiary from the drop-down list in the left navigation panel, if you have role permissions.

Note:

The Company Name for the entity will be at the top of your screen. Each entity will have its own Dashboard and Transaction and credit limit displayed. You will have a bank transfer history, account activity and Virtual Card activity history on an entity level.

How do I make payments using the other subsidiaries?

While making a payment, you can choose the respective subsidiary GL account. To access the Payment Automation dashboard, go to SuiteBanking > Payment Automation > Dashboard. You can change the subsidiary from the drop-down list in the left navigation panel, if you have role permissions.

I previously applied for an HSBC Payment Automation account but canceled or failed to complete the application. I want to re-apply for Payment Automation through one or many subsidiaries.​

You can go to SuiteBanking > HSBC Application > Apply and Resume application from the status page. If you are not able to complete the application with in 90 days from the application initiation or a subsidiary is not listed, contact NetSuite Support team.
