SuiteCommerce InStore Integration

SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) is a web-based point-of-sale application available for the U.S. market. It provides a touch-based user interface designed for tablets.
Commerce purchases can happen online through your web store or in-store with SCIS. NetSuite tracks these with different Transaction records based on where the order comes from. For example, an online order creates a Sales Order record in NetSuite. An in-store purchase with SCIS might use a Cash Sale or Invoice record, depending on the type.
When you connect your Commerce website with SCIS, those transactions get added to your site’s order management and billing. Shoppers can then:

See all online and in-store purchases in one list on the Purchase History page, or filter to show only in-store or only online purchases. If you view everything together, you can tell them apart using the Origin column.

View and print a PDF of any purchase from the Purchase Details page.

See if a purchase is linked to a sales quote.
