Saved Searches for FEC Compliance

To aid in validating transactions, the France Localization SuiteApp provides saved searches that display transactions that do not conform to the requirements of Fichier d’Ecritures Comptables (FEC).

You can view the following saved searches at Reports > Saved Searches:

• FEC Contrôle Date de Document (FEC Document Date Check)

  Shows a list of transactions where the Document Date is later than the Transaction Date.

• FEC Contrôle Date de Validation (FEC Validation Date Check)

  Shows a list of transactions where the Transaction Date is later than the GL# Date.

• FEC Contrôle Plan Comptable (FEC Chart of Accounts Check)

  Shows a list of accounts with indications if an account number has been assigned and if it is in the correct format.

• FEC Ecritures non validées (FEC Nonvalidated Transactions)

  Shows whether there are nonvalidated transactions from Fiscal Year to Period.

• FEC Liste des écritures non validées (FEC Nonvalidated Transactions List)

  Shows a list of transactions that need to be validated.
