If the item’s Vendor Name/Code field value is blank, the item's Display Name/Code becomes the name. If both Vendor Name/Code and Display Name/Code are blank, the Item Name/Number becomes the name.
Rate	item.rate	Rate of each item
Amount	item.amount	Amount of each item Ideally, this value is equivalent to the aggregate total of each item quantity multiplied by the respective rate.
