Customizing the European Union Country List

The following describes the steps to customize the European Union (EU) country list to be used in the Revenue and Expense Reclassification by Location feature. For more information, see Revenue/Expense Reclassification by Region.

The Revenue and Expense Reclassification by Location SuiteApp provides a default European Union (EU) country list to be used for your reclassification rules. You can customize this list according to your business needs.

To add new country to the European Union country list:

  1. Go to Setup > Custom > Setup Reclass. By Region Rules.

  2. Click the European Union Countries subtab.

  3. Click New EU Country.

  4. In the Country field, enter the country name.

  5. In the Effective From field, enter a date.

  6. (Optional) In the Valid Until field, enter a date.

  7. Click Save.
