The following describes the features and steps for the China Cash & Bank Journal Ledger Report.
Overview
The China Cash & Bank Journal Ledger Report contains cash and bank-related financial transactions which covers the chart of accounts, debit and credit columns, and a document printing format specific to Chinese local practices:

For each account, the first row starts with the Opening Balance. The transactional lines follow.

The daily totals, monthly totals, yearly totals, and the account sub totals follow for each account.

Unlike the China Subledger report, the China Cash & Bank Journal Ledger Report has the following additional columns and rows:

Payment Method
-
Daily Total
-
Selecting values under Location, Classes, or Departments will make these parameters visible on the report. Leaving these blank will make them hidden on the report.
Once a report is generated, clicking on the document number shows the GL impact for review.
Generate China Cash & Bank Journal Ledger Report
The following describes the steps to generate the China Cash & Bank Journal Ledger Report.
To Generate China Cash & Bank Journal Ledger Report

Go to Reports > Financial > China Cash & Bank Journal Ledger .

Select a subsidiary in the Subsidiary field.

In the Date From field, select the date the report will start with.

In the To field, select the date the report will end with.

(Optional) In the Account From field, select an account to start filtering from.

(Optional) In the To field, select an account the report filter will end with.

(Optional) Select an accounting context in the Accounting Context field. For more information see Accounting Contexts.

(Optional) Select a location in the Location field.

(Optional) Select a department in the Department field.

(Optional) Select a class in the Class field.

Click Refresh.

(Optional) Click a document number under the Document Number column to view transaction details.

(Optional) Click Export -PDF to save the report in PDF format.

(Optional) Click Export -Excel to save the report in Excel format.
