Viewing Reasons for Account Status Problems

You can view the reason for any bank connection or account status problem, such as if there is an error in connecting to a bank.

To view the reasons for account status problems:

  1. Go to Transactions > Bank > Australia Bank Feeds.

  2. In the Bank Information section, under the Bank Accounts subtab, look for the Status Reason column.

    This column displays any reason for any bank connection or account status problem. If there is no error in bank connection, this column is blank.
